Field Application Engineer – Testing Tools (m/f/d)

- Take lead in the 1st level support, debugging with customers and problem identification/ reproduction
- Supporting customer onsite in using TTTech Auto testing products
- Performing analysis of bus traces and logs
- Manage Jira tickets for tasks or issues in terms of change requests and defects
- Support technical communication with customers on behalf of TTTech Auto
- Debugging of system behavior with various stakeholders (Hardware / Feature / Software / Customer)
- Technical alignment of onsite tasks between the relevant stakeholders, development and customers
- Participating actively in workshops with other stakeholders and customers
- Adhere to all software development processes and practices defined by internal decision makers
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
- Highly customer-oriented knowledge and experience in automotive processes and standards
- Experience with debugging and analysis tools used in the automotive industry (e.g. CANoe/CANape)
- Experience with bus systems and protocols (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet)
- Strong familiarity with in-car and testbench testing · Strong communication skills
- Programming skills (e.g. C/C++, phyton) are an advantage · German driving license class B is a must
- Good skills in German and English
